We are hiring for a Quality Assurance Assistant - Inside Sales position. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing sales conversations, accurately entering sales and customer data into the company's CRM, maintaining Inside Sales documents, and ensuring adherence to Inside Sales best practices and procedures. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic sales processes and models.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

  • Conduct data entry into the PestRoutes system from external sources per the directive of department management
  • Ensure quality maintenance and accountability of customer support processes through procedural documentation, process, and procedure verification
  • Catalogue data with appropriate PestRoutes flags and note categories per the directive of department management for ease of reference and cross-functional analysis
  • Audit data entered by other Customer Support roles to monitor adherence to established procedures, evaluate overall quality of work and customer service, and provide suggestions for systematic and procedural improvements
  • Report errors encountered by support staff team members to relevant supervisors for coaching and correction
  • Operate as a liaison to Customer Care Center Management, employees, and other relevant department figureheads and external 3rd parties
  • Assist with collecting, reporting and analyzing key performance metrics

 

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this job may require sitting, walking, standing, using hands, lifting up to 25 pounds, and having specific vision abilities. The work environment is inside a climate-controlled office with a moderate noise level.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, under or over objects.

Qualifications
