Currently, we are hiring for a Supervisor of Inside Sales at our Customer Care Center (CCC) in Chandler!

 

The Inside Sales Supervisor provides individualized support to the Inside Sales Team Leads, Quality Assurance Team Leads, Quality Assurance Assistants, and Inside Sales Representatives. This role will help ensure that the team is achieving sales goals by pushing through customer concerns, closing sales at a high percentage, promoting a strong sales culture and effectively coaching and training the team.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

  • Train, coach, develop, audit, and supervise the Inside Sales Department as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Assist management with running sales and activity reports.
  • Be accountable to established individual and department KPIs.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure Inside Sales Representatives are compliant with lead entry, call audits, and workflow.
  • Handle sales calls as necessary and be a positive role model for the team.
  • Monitor daily KPIs using Genesys call system and Pest Routes CRM reporting.
  • Coach Inside Sales Representatives to improve sales conversation quality and recommend disciplinary action as necessary to Inside Sales Manager.
  • Ensure shift adherence of all Inside Sales Representatives and follow established company and departmental policies regarding time off procedures.
  • Create team meeting agendas and hold effective team meetings to develop Inside Sales Representatives, promote accountability to KPIs, foster a positive culture, enhance product knowledge, and advance sales conversational skills.
  • Handle issue escalations with other departments (local offices, customer care, upset customers, corporate, etc.) in a professional manner, representing the department’s core values.
  • Facilitate new employee training classes with professional presentation skills.
  • Assist with interviewing candidates for open job opportunities.
  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for selling 50% of the time during offseason months and 25% of the time during peak season months.
  • Additional assignments and duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

Qualifications

Am I qualified for this position?

  • High school diploma required, BS/BA degree preferred
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • 1+ years in a team lead or supervisory role in a contact center environment
  • Pest control or service industry B2C inside sales experience
  • Experience achieving quota driven sales
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Advanced skills in CRM for reporting, data entry, and data analysis. Familiarity with Pest Routes is a plus
