Currently, we are hiring for Customer Care Specialists at our customer contact center in Chandler, Arizona! Our Customer Care Specialists treat every interaction as an opportunity to provide above and beyond service experiences that create life-long customers for the Company.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

 

With focus on offering an excellent customer experience, the Customer Care Specialist will work directly with our customers to thoroughly address questions using multiple channels of communication.

  • Provide creative, reliable, and personalized resolutions of customer concerns to retain existing customers and maintain their regular services
  • Consistently go above and beyond for customers to create positive customer associations with the company brand 
  • Work across teams and departments to provide solutions that serve the business and the customer simultaneously 
  • Answer all general customer inquiries including but not limited to: updating phone numbers, payment information, advising of service schedule, and product/service education.
  • Manage timely and consistent customer correspondence by phone, email, and text message
  • Receive and distribute communications from and to customers, peers, and various branches/departments
  • Consistently increase industry expertise needed to effectively help customers by participating in educational opportunities, including, but not limited to monthly courses and supplementary training opportunities

Qualifications

Am I qualified for this position?

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience
  • Willingness to work Monday – Friday with some scheduled Saturdays during the months of April to September
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
