Currently, we are hiring a Permit Coordinator in your area! Our Permit Coordinator, under general direction, will plan, organize, and coordinate the solicitation permit process activities and operations for our Sales teams.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

  • We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:
  • Coordinate with Sales Partners and management team to understand sales territories and determine permits needed
  • Apply for solicitation permits, as required by state, city, and / or other local ordinances
  • Visit city / state websites and / or make phone calls to various agencies to understand requirements and complete permit applications
  • Calculate, track, and report permit fees and other fees related to the permit application process
  • Travel in-between local branch, sales office, and local / state sites to complete all requirements of various permit applications
  • Additional duties may include running various errands to ensure office(s) maintain adequate supplies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance carrier may make some age-based exceptions) and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
