Responsibilities

Your Focus:

  • HRIS Admin will collaborate with the Sr. Vice President of People Operations and other leadership to:
  • Build Scalable HR Infrastructure: Develop a comprehensive HRIS operating model that is aligned with and effectively supports all administrative and operational teams.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with the team to design and implement an end-to-end, scalable onboarding experience.
  • Streamline HRIS / HR Processes: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness across core HR functions (policies & procedures, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, HR systems, immigration/relocation, leaves of absence).
  • Develop Data-Driven Insights: Create a people operations data dashboard that provides key, actionable metrics on employee trends and helps guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize the configuration and integration of the ADP Lifion Platform, including the HR, Talent, Payroll, and other adjacent People Operations technology solutions like iCIMS
  • Analyze current processes and workflows, and design new ones to maximize the capabilities of the Lifion Platform and integrated systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision making
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Lifion Platform and related technologies, providing training and support to end-users

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing an HRIS as an analyst, report writer, or in a role responsible for implementing and optimizing a full-scale system
  • HRIS Administrator must have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and seamlessly integrate them with other HR and People Operations systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining efficient workflows and processes.
  • Experience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using HR software, tools, and systems for data analysis, reporting, and talent management.(ADP Lifion, iCIMS, Solarwinds, MS 365)
