We are looking to add an Administrative Coordinator – Real Estate to our team in Phoenix, AZ! The Administrative Coordinator – Real Estate ensures accurate and thorough data entry into the company’s CRM, regularly auditing this data to ensure adherence to best practices and procedures and additional duties as needed. This position will work closely with Real Estate and Seasonal Housing Management to increase overall effectiveness and communication when working with housing.

This position will be on-site at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters with expected 30 to 40 hours/week work load.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

  • Data entry into multiple Excel Spreadsheets from external sources.
  • Data entry into multiple management systems
  • Ensure quality maintenance and accountability of housing processes through communication with both Landlords and Sales Captains/Sales Partners
  • Operate as a liaison to both Real Estate and Seasonal Housing Management
  • Utilize online portals and create payment entries for monthly rents
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Monitor timely and consistent completion of alldaily tasksfor the Housing/Real Estate Management

Qualifications

Am I qualified for this position?

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on prioritization, seamless execution, and sound judgment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas and Pivot Tables.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and precision in all tasks.

Salary Range
