The Customer Care Training Supervisor leads the design, delivery, and ongoing development of training programs for the Customer Care team—including new hire onboarding, upskilling, and continuous education. This role is responsible for managing a team of Trainers and Training Leads, overseeing training content and execution, and driving learner engagement and effectiveness across all levels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about content creation, cross-functional collaboration, and building a culture of learning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Trainers and Training Leads to deliver high-quality training across all Customer Care programs.
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of engaging training content, materials, and tools.
Facilitate or support the delivery of training sessions, including onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing development.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS, AI tools) to enhance delivery and track progress.
Oversee administrative tasks such as timecards, PTO approvals, and development planning for both domestic and international training teams.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in training delivery or instructional design, preferably in a customer service or contact center setting.
1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role with direct team management responsibility.
Experience with training content development, both for live facilitation and digital delivery (e.g., LMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with AI or tech-enabled learning tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation range depending on experience, $45,000 to $60,000 yearly, with additional compensation opportunities.
