As a Inside Sales Representative, success comes from quickly building rapport and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. High-performing consultants are driven by competition and thrive in a dynamic, professional team environment. Your key responsibility is to convert qualified inbound leads into revenue-generating contracts, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success with our organization.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify inbound leads, creating a strong first impression to build trust and drive successful sales relationships with EcoShield customers.
Utilize the proprietary CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain consistent communication to maximize sales results.
Set clear expectations, educate customers on EcoShield’s service offerings, and move deals through the pipeline to close sales effectively.
Upsell premium services, drive customer satisfaction, and execute outbound sales campaigns to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $19.00/hour, plus commission, with most team members earning between $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
