The Junior FP&A Analyst will work with the Senior FP&A Analysts and interact with all departments within the firm both at the Headquarters in Gilbert AZ, and with the 50+ branches located across the country. The main purpose of the role is to assist in analyzing financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making. Financial and operating information will most effectively utilize the company’s financial resources to increase profitability and grow the company at an optimal rate. This work is very impactful and is essential to driving the success of our world-class sales team  

Responsibilities: 

  • The main purpose of the role is to assist in analyzing financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making 
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes 
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of Rolling Forecasts 
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 
  • Collect and organize financial data from various departments for reporting purposes 
  • Support the development of dashboards and visualizations to present financial performance 
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights 
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and other teams to ensure accuracy in financial data 
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial modeling and project analysis as needed 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. 
  • Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Power BI preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

 

Pay and Benefits

  • Compensation range depending on experience: $65,000-75,000
  • Paid sick and vacation time along with 10 company-paid holidays
