We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Safety, Incidents, and Insurance (SII) Team. This position will provide critical support in managing incident creation, tracking, internal communication, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Partner with SII team members and internal stakeholders to support insurance and incident-related activities.
  • Track, manage, and maintain accurate documentation of claims and incident forms
  • Assist with communication via phone and email among employees, managers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply company insurance procedures (prior insurance experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided).
  • Support various projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–5 years of relevant experience; past administrative experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills

  • Compensation range depending on experience: $22-25/hr.
