We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month temporary role to support both our Recruiting and Employee Experience teams. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role serves as a critical bridge between talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new employees. This position will be hybrid (2 - 3 days a week) at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. 

 

Responsibilities:

Support both Recruiting and Employee Experience teams at the direction of the Recruiting Lead in the following areas:

  • Create and manage job requisitions, assist with candidate outreach, and track offer letters.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks, ensuring timely pre-employment screenings.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire paperwork and compliance steps are completed.
  • Facilitate a smooth first-day experience and coordinate with hiring managers for pre-hire requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with orientation programs, job architecture updates, and internal mobility projects.
  • Track hiring and onboarding metrics, providing administrative support based on regional needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or employee onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
