We’re seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented, and confident Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced commercial real estate team. This is a 6-month temporary position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role at the end of the employment period. You’ll be working with a vibrant, high-performing team that values efficiency, direct communication, and the ability to pivot quickly. The manager is no-nonsense, highly direct, and looking for someone who can handle pressure, take initiative, and keep things moving with minimal supervision. 

 

This is a hybrid position (2–3 days per week) based at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Training will begin onsite at the office and, once complete, the role will continue as a hybrid schedule. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily work orders and ensure timely resolution and tracking. 
  • Operate and navigate ServiceChannel or similar facilities management platforms. 
  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduling, services, and issue resolution. 
  • Assist with accounts payable integration and invoicing processes. 
  • Provide excellent communication—on the phone, in email, or in-person—with both internal teams and external partners. 
  • Be a reliable point of contact for both field staff and executive-level stakeholders. 
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-evolving environment. 
  • Handle shifting priorities and urgent tasks seamlessly. 
  • Assist in documenting procedures and building processes on the fly. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or operations support. 
  • Prior experience using ServiceChannel or similar work order systems is strongly preferred. 
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities. 

 

Pay  

  • Compensation range depending on experience: $25.00-35.00/hr
