Join Our Team as an Additional Services Manager! We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide a team of Additional Service Technicians providing specialty pest solutions like termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services. Our ASM will provide training, ensure quality, and keep our customers’ homes and businesses pest-free.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Additional Services Technician team through performance management, ongoing training, and field support.
Oversee quality control by conducting ride-alongs, auditing service tickets, and inspecting trucks to ensure compliance with safety, service, and organizational standards.
Manage inventory by ordering, issuing, and maintaining products, chemicals, and equipment for the team.
Support service delivery by completing routes and high-priority jobs, assisting technicians in the field, and responding to urgent service needs.
Maintain operational efficiency by tracking performance metrics, coordinating schedules and subscriptions, and managing vendor partnerships for outsourced work.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
1+ year of pest control experience and prior management experience in the service industry.
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an annual pay range of ($55,000.00 - $65,000.00), with additional compensation earnings up to $1,500 per month (upon metrics perfomanace)
