FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and close processes. This role works directly with the general ledger to identify variances, reconcile accounting data, and provide meaningful financial insights. Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, with experience in ERP systems or dashboarding tools preferred. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial decisions in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large volumes of transactional and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting and close processes
• Work directly with the general ledger and sub-ledgers to identify and explain variances or trends
• Financial statement analysis
• Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounting data to models, supporting schedules, and transactional detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Hands-on experience analyzing GL-level data from ERP preferred
• Solid understanding of general ledger structures and accounting systems
• Strong grasp of financial statements and accounting principles
• Experience in a data-heavy or multi-entity environment
• Finance or Accounting degree
• 1-2 years FP&A experience preferred
• Power BI or dashboarding experience preferred

• Compensation range depending on experience: $70,000-85,000
