We are seeking a People Technology Analyst for a 12-month temporary role to support the People Operations team by analyzing, transforming, and standardizing HR data across systems and processes. There is potential for conversion to a permanent role at the end of this period.

 

The People Technology Analyst plays a critical part in improving data accuracy, governance, and documentation while partnering closely with HR teams and subject matter experts to ensure functional clarity and visibility. This is a temp-to-hire position designed to support system optimization, reporting accuracy, and scalable people processes.

 

This role focuses on data accuracy, structure, and governance rather than predictive or statistical analytics. It will be a hybrid position, required to be on-site at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters at least two days per week.

 

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Analyze, manipulate, and transform HR and people-related data to support reporting, audits, and operational decision-making.
  • Identify, document, and resolve data inconsistencies across HR systems and processes.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, including naming conventions and data structure guidelines.
  • Support data mapping, process mapping, and documentation efforts to improve system clarity and scalability.
  • Partner with HR teams and subject matter experts to gather functional-level requirements and translate them into clear documentation.
  • Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to provide visibility and alignment.

 What You Bring to the Role:

  • Current experience with modern HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or comparable platforms).
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating data, including advanced Excel or similar data tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify data quality issues and implement standardization practices.
  • Experience supporting process documentation, data mapping, or system optimization initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights.

Pay & Perks:

  • Competitive Compensation – $37.00–$41.00 hourly, based on experience. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 

  • Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work).
  • Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.).
  • Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
