The Seasonal Mosquito Technician is responsible for performing routine mosquito control treatments at customer homes throughout the mosquito season. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality exterior treatments while providing a professional and positive customer experience. This role reports to our Charlotte, NC branch.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled mosquito control treatments at residential customer locations according to company procedures and training
- Apply mosquito control products safely and effectively to exterior areas of customer properties
- Follow daily routes and service schedules assigned
- Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers and address basic service-related questions
- Maintain accurate service records, service tickets, and system entries, submitting all documentation on time
- Conduct daily check-outs with management as required before completing the final stop of the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning company vehicle in accordance with company standards
- Attend required meetings and complete all assigned training, including Pest Web Training
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

- This position offers an hourly base pay of $17.00/hour, with additional compensation opportunities.
