The Training Coordinator is responsible for tracking, verifying, and maintaining required pest control training and licensing documentation for technicians operating in the state of Georgia. This role supports the Direct Certified Operator by ensuring all training records are accurate, complete, and compliant with Georgia Department of Agriculture requirements. This position is on-site and reports to our Peachtree Corners, GA branch.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Verify completion of all required Georgia pest control training for technicians and ensure proper documentation is maintained. 
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready training files in accordance with Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations. 
  • Track training deadlines, renewals, and expirations, and proactively identify gaps in compliance. 
  • Support the Direct Certified Operator with administrative tracking related to technician licensing and permitting requirements. 
  • Conduct routine audits of training and licensing records to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Coordinate documentation and reporting needed for inspections, audits, or regulatory inquiries. 

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance requirements simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and digital record management.

  • Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday! 
  • This position offers an hourly base pay  of ($17.00)/hour, depending on experience.
