The Employee Experience Team Lead plays a strategic role in shaping and enhancing our company’s culture and employee experience. In close partnership with and under the guidance of the Sr. Director of People Operations, this role leads the Employee Experience Specialists and drives initiatives that strengthen engagement, onboarding, internal mobility, and employee satisfaction throughout the full employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.
