We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist for a six-month temporary assignment to support our new hires across the countrywith the potential to convert to a permanent role. In this role, you will support the onboarding process, coordinate pre-hire requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new employees. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in office, and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

How You Will Make an Impact: 

  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire paperwork and compliance steps are completed. 
  • Coordinate pre-hire requirements and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new hires. 
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS while ensuring adherence to company policies. 
  • Track hiring and onboarding metrics and provide administrative support based on regional needs. 

 

What You Bring to the Role:   

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or employee onboarding.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. 
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

 

Pay & Perks: 

  • Weekly Pay – get your paycheck every Friday, no waiting!   
  • Competitive Compensation – $25.00/hour, based on experience.  

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment:   

  • Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work).  
  • Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.).  
  • Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
