As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our recruiting team to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll help manage high-volume recruitment by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate information, and handling administrative tasks. This role is a great fit for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to keep the hiring process running smoothly. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters.

How You MakeanImpact: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. 
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and answer questions. 
  • Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and identifying candidates through resume review and outreach. 
  • Support the recruitment team with job postings, sourcing activities, and recruitment events. 
  • Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding processes for new hires, including completing paperwork and required documentation. 
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform hiring strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations. 

What You Bring to the Role: 

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 

  • Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work).
