We are seeking a Operations Systems Specialist 2 for a six-month temporary assignment to support our Insurance team, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role will perform a variety of duties related to the Company's fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to inventory, tracking, compliance, and analytics. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. 

 

How You Make an Impact:

  • Support fleet inventory management, including assessing current and future needs, and planning and executing strategies to optimize inventory.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures to improve operational controls, document, and automate processes.
  • Build consistent, accurate reports and design new reporting solutions to support fleet operations and communicate key insights.
  • Respond efficiently to internal and external inquiries, managing systems and inboxes as needed.
  • Maintain tracking records, ensure compliance in communications, and follow up on missing information.
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 2+ year experience in operations, process improvement and systems management, with demonstrated successes in driving efficiencies and implementing new processes.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relay clear expectations.
  • Professional in interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; including but not limited to use of vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Adaptable and goal-oriented during times of ambiguity
  • Driven for excellence and a self-starter.

Pay & Perks: 

  • Weekly Pay– get your paycheck every Friday, no waiting!  
  • Competitive Compensation– $21.00–$25.00, hourly, based on experience. 

Physical Demands & Work Environment:  

  • Mostly desk-based work with regular computer use (typing, mouse work). 
  • Occasionally lift or carry office supplies (up to 25 lbs.). 
  • Work is in a climate-controlled office environment.
