We are enhancing our team with an Operations Systems Lead - Fleet! The Operations Systems Lead - Fleet will report to the Manager of Fleet and will serve as a key operational support partner responsible for reporting coordination, systems administration, process execution, and operational follow-through across the fleet department.  The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and systems-minded, with strong organizational and communication skills. We welcome all applicants but have found the most successful candidates enjoy operational problem-solving, process coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support daily fleet operations through coordination of reporting, system updates, operational tracking, and administrative processes. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures to improve operational controls, document, and automate processes. 
  • Maintain and distribute recurring operational reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Manage shared inboxes, system requests, and operational inquiries while ensuring timely and professional communication. 
  • Distribute recurring operational reports, maintain tracking records, and follow up on missing information. 
  • Support department projects, reporting requests, process initiatives, and other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, systems support, administrative operations, with demonstrated success in driving efficiencies and strong communication skills. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and large dataset organization. 
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relay clear expectations. 
  • Professional communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors. 
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving operational needs. 
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Salary Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
